Gastown Historic Walking Food Tour
1.Gastown Historic Walking Food Tour
Walk about five to eight flat city blocks through Gastown with guides such as Sean, Rachel, Andrea, or Connor, stopping for Japanese karaage, pasta, poutine, waffles, beer, and wine. You will hear Vancouver’s Wild West stories, sit down at several venues, and finish near Waffleland Café. Bring comfortable shoes and arrive hungry.

“A wonderful way to try different cuisines in the Gastown area and learn about this area’s history. The foods included Japanese chicken karaage, Norwegian waffles, French potatoe dish, Italian pasta and more. We also got some alcoholic drinks as a part of the meals, either a local brewed beer or a locally sourced wine. Of course there are nonalcoholic choices too. In addition we ended up going to one of the restaurants the following day for dinner. We really enjoyed our tour guide, Connor. Great choice for 3 hours in Vancouver.”
